IEC 61000-3-3 : 2008 (ed.2)
Title: Electromagnetic Compatibility
Limitation of voltage changes, voltage fluctuations and flicker in public
low-voltage supply systems, for equipment with rated current ≤ 16A per
phase and not subject to conditional connection.
Purpose of test: Disturbances in Supply Systems below limit
Test Specification:
GOST R 51317.3.3-99 (IEC 61000-3-3-94)
Title / remark: National differences according to on line CB-Bulletin,
dated 2009-08-12:
In accordance with GOST R 51317.3.3-99 emissions limits and
methods of measurements have been stated for testing voltage 220V in
one phase and 380V in three phase systems (in IEC 61000-3-3-94-
230V in one phase and 400V in three phase systems)
